Sewing machine lookdev

I textured in Substance Painter, and lookdev'd, lit and rendered with Redshift.

Interior modeling and lookdev

I updated my scene from 2008, using the old scene for rough proportions, but replacing nearly every piece of geometry with something new and to my liking using the knowledge I've picked up over the past 11.5 years. I modeled in Maya, textured in Substance Painter, and lit and rendered with Redshift.

Exterior modeling

I've been re-modeling the entire exterior. It's been fun to crack open a scene I initially created nearly 12 years ago, and applying the skills I've sharpened and/or picked up since then. I'll be making modeling, texturing, and shading variations for each building throughout the decades.

Sewing Machine

I've been modeling the sewing machine from which my grandmother made a living. All Maya polygon modeling, rendered with RedShift using a single HDR, smoothed at render time. I've got some more details to add in, and after that I'll be moving on to sculpting and texturing, as well as lookdev.

Kitchen Texturing 2

Some very subtle changes here, mainly visible on the wall. I'm working on the diffuse maps first, followed by the bump, glossiness and reflection amount maps. The yellow fridge is a proxy and will be modeled when I feel like a break from texturing.

Kitchen Texturing

Even though I haven't posted anything in over a year, I've been re-modeling and laying out UVs. The kitchen is pretty much done in terms of both of these, and I've recently started texturing. Here's a bit of texturing that will be tweaked, but it'll at least give you a taste of what's to come. This was rendered in VRay for Maya.
